General Information
Orchestra Concierge gives you the possibility to run an app with concierge functionality, on a tablet.
Make sure that you always use the latest version of the native app to ensure that you have full functionality!
Limitations
• Orchestra Concierge is meant to be run as a webapp in combination with a native app. Therefore, we recommend that you do not run this application in a normal desktop browser.
• Orchestra Concierge is only available for tablets. Tablets should be 7 in, or larger.
• Orchestra Concierge is only tested on Wi-Fi networks. Also, we recommend that you use a stable Wi-Fi connection, conformed to the number of Users.
It is possible to use an Ethernet connection with Orchestra Concierge, but only with devices that support Ethernet connection. Please contact Global Support, for more information.
The purpose of this manual is to provide the user with information on how to perform the most common procedures.
