Quick Buttons

It is possible to customize your Call Page and your Serving Page, by adding quick buttons on each side of the NEXT button. This is configured in the Mobile Connect unit types. This way you can always have easy access to your most common commands.

Call Page

On the Call Page, the following buttons are possible to select for quick access:

• Walk Direct

• Close

Serving Page

On the Serving Page, the following buttons are possible to select for quick access:

• Walk Direct

• No Show

• Delivered Service/Outcome

• Delivered Service/Outcome History

• Transfer

• End
