Branch, Workstation and Profile settings

The features available to the user depend on the assigned User Roles. A Counter User has access to the Counter features and may or may not have access to other features. A Reception User has access to the Reception features and may or may not have access to other features.
Once logged in, and depending on the role, a user must select a branch, a workstation and a profile to work with before he or she can call the first Customer.
This is the settings window for the Counter User Role:
When the user works in one Branch only, no Branch choice is given in the window, likewise when the user has access to only one workstation and one profile.
Select the appropriate alternatives from the lists and click Apply settings.
This is the settings window for the Reception User Role:
When the Receptionist works in one Branch only, no Branch choice is given in the window, likewise when the Receptionist has access to only one Entry Point.

Timeout

In the Reception, if you have been inactive for 30 minutes (with a 1 minute grace period where you will, via a popup window, get the chance to cancel the timeout and keep working), you will be logged out.
